Candid Conversations: a discussion series

What are the subjects that you feel are matters which pressingly need to be discussed yet do not receive the attention that they warrant? As a naturally observational character, I notice a lot of things which happen around me yet which remain silenced. I think that it's time to break the ice, acquaint ourselves with discomfort and have real conversations.

Continuing with this theme, I've taken it upon myself to launch an engaging discussion series as a platform on which to voice pertinent issues which are insufficiently addressed. The discussion series is titled Candid Conversations and is centered on the values of openness, honesty and subversion where necessary. The first discussion topic is one which I have chosen and which touches on a personal affliction which also affects may others alike.

I am hoping to create a space of engagement, where further discussion topics will be drawn from what you, my audience, strongly feels needs to be addressed. Let's candidly engage ourselves in conversation to address problematic social paradigms, to eradicate discriminatory stigmas and work towards becoming a more inclusive society.
